By accessing or using the Cull-Pro website and application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cull-Pro is a browser-based RAW photo culling and processing tool. The Service operates locally within your web browser. Cull-Pro is designed to process images locally without uploading your working files to remote servers.
3. Privacy and Data Processing
A core feature of Cull-Pro is its local-first architecture. Any image files (such as RAW, CR2, DNG, TIFF, JPEG) processed through the Service are manipulated locally, strictly on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your photographs on our servers. You remain the sole owner of all photographic content and assume all responsibility for its preservation.
4. Usage Requirements
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are entirely responsible for the files you process and any consequences resulting from your use of the Service. We strongly recommend ensuring you have appropriate, redundant backups of your original, unprocessed RAW imagery.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including all intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of Cull-Pro. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the Cull-Pro name or any of the Cull-Pro trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Cull-Pro expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cull-Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
